Sidney Leube, President

Welcome to our site. We are one of 88 divisions chartered by CRTA. Statewide there are 54,000 members of which 600 belong to our Butte County Division.

Our core purpose is to protect and en- hance the benefits of retired educators by supporting CRTA in all its endeavors. Lee Jernigan, the State Insurance Com- mittee Chairman, and myself, a former

member of the State Legislative Com-
mittee and a current member of the State Membership Committee, keep our membership up to date on state efforts.

We place great value on socializing and staying informed. We have both division and branch luncheon meetings at which guest speakers keep us informed on many communities affairs. We have three regular luncheon meetings on the first or second Wednesday of November, March and May alternating between Paradise, Chico and Oroville. The Board meets the second Wednesday of October, February and April in the same cities. We also go on many "Field Trips" to sites of historical and cultural interest.

Please call or email for information about the dates, times, locations and topics of these meetings.
